Do you ship worldwide?

Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our warehouse partners in Hong Kong and China, depending on stock availability.


Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders quickly, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be in processing or transit. Once received, you can still return it for a full refund if needed.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) hassle-free checkout.


When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday.
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing, and note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand and international shipping times, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to arrive. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement under our KOTNX Satisfaction Promise.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?
All prices on our site are listed tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay import duties or taxes once your order arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. KOTNX is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
